Harter is intent on "connecting" local farmers to his clientele, in an interaction circle and admiration, to "activate" the nourishing strenght of food, which will culminate in an unparalleled gastronomic experience, combining textures and flavours, aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and spectacular for the apepite.
